Job Summary:
The Account Administrator- Operations I provides back-office support to Sales, Client Servicing, Billing, New Accounts and Trading teams. This support includes providing daily client portfolio valuations, performance and reporting. He/she is responsible for reconciling portfolios daily and various auditing and administration tasks. This is a remote work from home position.
The Account Administrator-Operations I works in a team-oriented environment in order to deliver a seamless and integrated approach to Back-Office Operations for the Firm. The ideal candidate will work with a high degree of detail and will use their communication skills to ensure an exceptional level of intra- department communication at all times.
Essential Functions:
· Reconcile daily client transactions within established deadlines, and in accordance with existing policies and procedures of the Firm.
· Execute account maintenance tasks and other special requests as directed
· Research, follow-up, and resolve inquiries and problems through effective interaction with other departments in a timely and professional manner.
· Adhere to all compliance policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Required Experience:
· 1-2+ years of experience in a data recon, accounting, research, or analyst position
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Intermediate Excel (including Pivot Tables)
Desired Qualifications/Characteristics:
· Preferred Experience: 1 – 2+ years in the Banking or Financial industries
· Experience with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, and/or TD Ameritrade institutional platforms is also preferred
· Adept at navigating proprietary software & databases; proficiency with Advent Products is a plus
· Excellent communication skills , efficient in research, troubleshooting, task management, and follow up
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment, effectively handling multiple tasks simultaneously, using prioritization and time management.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred, but not required

Pay Scale: $48K - $55K annually ($23.07 per hour - $25.96 per hour).
