Position: Growth Marketing Specialist
Our company, Veriholdings, is a telehealth SaaS platform that connects patients with doctors for alternative medicine consultations. We are based in Denver with staff located around the world, and are seeking a dedicated and innovative Growth Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in our Denver office, located in the Uptown/City Park neighborhood. Our Veriheal entity, has historically been focused on MMJ consultations. Our newest entity, Verinew, will be offering multiple other alternative medicine consultations, and the time has come to bring in our first marketing specialist to focus solely on Verinew endeavors. The role will report directly to the Veriholdings marketing leads, working collaboratively and independently at times. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong marketing acumen, and exceptional self-starter skills to drive performance and growth in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry. Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Utilize various data sources such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms to identify growth opportunities and derive actionable insights.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Understand user behavior and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates across different marketing channels, including websites, landing pages, and emails.
- Content Marketing: Create and distribute valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and engage the target audience.
- SEO: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic through keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- SEM: Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Email Marketing: Execute strategic email campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
- Social Media Marketing: Leverage social media platforms to build brand awareness, engage with audiences, and drive website traffic.
- A/B Testing: Conduct experiments to test different marketing strategies, messaging, and creative assets to optimize performance.
- Marketing Automation: Utilize automation tools to streamline workflows, nurture leads, and improve efficiency.
- CRM: Track customer conversions and leverage CRM platforms to make optimized decisions.
Technical Qualifications and Skill Sets:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing or service marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products, services, or initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and brand building.
