Part-time positions available to fill in gaps with current roster.
Saturday morning at Alley & Vine on Park St. in Alameda.
Saturday & Sunday Brunch at Ceron Kitchen on Webster St in Alameda.
5 years serving experience preferred.
Position: Server

- Certifications required: “California Food Handler’s Permit”, “RBS Alcohol Permit”
Knowledge required:
- Menu items, ability to identify each dish and their components & flavor profiles
Skills
- Proper table side service protocols
- beverage placement, utensils, napkin reset
- How to properly open and pour a bottle of wine & champagne for table side service
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize table maintenance tasks
Expectations as a Team Member:
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with rest of staff
- Support other servers with running food and drinks
- Looking for customers who need assistance outside of own section
- Maintaining stock of necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness throughout restaurant
- Maintaining clean uniform and personal hygiene
Direct Duties
- Service tables
- Take orders
- Deliver orders of food, drink, necessary preset/reset silverware, glasses & plates
- Clear finished plates, glasses
- Serve wine (opening presentation and pouring table side)

Pay: From $16.52 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
