Customer Service Representative
Mastercraft Industries, Inc., home of Holiday Kitchens, is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This position will be responsible for Dealer Growth and Development by providing quality customer service to all new and existing customers in assisting them with product question, training, and support.
Some Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Working in a call center environment, providing prompt, friendly, and outstanding customer service to all customers, both internal and external.
· Work closely with our dealer base to develop strong working relationships and to assist with the growth and development of the accounts.
· Contact customers on a scheduled basis to ensure ongoing basis to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, assist the customer with any current issues and resolve any complaint.
· Maintain thorough knowledge of all product lines offered through Holiday Kitchens, including but not limited to product lines, pricing, orders, promotions, and similar data, as required.
· Work closely with both internal and external parties to guide any issues or complaints to a proper and satisfactory close.
· Must maintain a solid technical knowledge in a variety of programs necessary to support our customer. This includes extensive knowledge of MAPICS/XA, along with a good understanding of other programs such as 2020, Cabinet Vision, and website.
· Maintain accurate, detailed customer files and records.
· Work closely with the Order Processing department during the order entry process to ensure order is completed to customer’s satisfaction.
· Serve as a resource to customers by providing display assistance, researching specialty items, completing quotes, pricing, credit information, etc.
· Other duties as assigned
Skills and Education:
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of one to two years prior experience in Customer Service, Order Entry, Design, and/or Cabinetry Manufacturing. Would prefer candidate to have an Associate Degree in Customer Service or related field or equivalent and three to five years of previous Customer Service experience.
Requirements:
Candidates should have ability to read and understand product specifications and standard operating procedures, be able to write technical procedures and specifications. Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus.
Candidates must be able to work on-site, in our Rice Lake WI facility.
