- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge with standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools including proactive phone and internet research.
- Advanced knowledge of the professional search process, recruiting process, the non-exempt and temporary staffing industry and employment law
- Advanced proficiency in ATS systems, Workday
- Successfully manage, prioritize and close recruiting searches within a timeline, using benchmarks and metrics.
- Demonstrated reputation for finding and closing hard-to-find candidates.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer and account management, organization, strong verbal and written communication skills, pushback and sense of urgency and a deep understanding of providing sophisticated customer service.
