At Robertson Marketing Group we help companies promote their brand(s) through the creation of promotional products and E-commerce websites. In the Digital Services Department you will play a vital role in the E-commerce side of the business by doing the following:
- Making sure websites are stocked properly with all available merchandise
- Setting up items on the clients websites
- Working with the IT department to resolve any site issues
- Managing client inventory through weekly inventory reporting and making reorder suggestions
- Working with the receiving department to resolve any problem shipments
- Working with sales reps and clients to resolve client requests
- Working with customer support to help resolve any customer issues

Job Summary: Assist in the operation of assigned websites with a focus on achieving positive outcomes and satisfying the goals of stakeholders both external and internal.
Reports To/Supervisor:Digital Services Manager
Knowledge, Skill,and Experience: Requires strong analytical abilities and good decision-making skills.Ability to collaborate with professionals in IT, sales, marketing, billing, and logistics.Excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service skills, and effective communication skills are necessary for success. The Website Coordinator will need problem-solving skills to effectively address website operational issues The Website Coordinator also needs good organizational skills so that they can perform their duties effectively and meet deadlines. Experience with websites, ecommerce websites, or other digital solutions. A basic understanding of other web technologies such as FTP, browsers, HTML, JavaScipt, CSS, mobile applications, security protocols and a variety of file formats a plus.
Minimum Education: Associates degree or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
Minimum Experience: Three years of experience working with digital or online services preferred.
Essential Functions: The Website Coordinator takes care of many tasks needed to make assigned websites and digital solutions run smoothly. This can include uploading products, images, and content that improve the website's user experience.
Job Requirements: Assist to make certain that assigned digital solutions are operating as expected.
Ensure product information and content on assigned websites are accurate and current and create if necessary.
Assist in the development and design of content for the website including banner, images, promotions, products, and page copy, etc.
Assist in the configuration and parameters (e.g., payment options, stock management) of assigned digital solutions.
Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising.
Evaluate and present approaches and strategies to improve website sales conversions and customer engagement.
Assist with testing and deployment of new functional projects/ improvements.
Assist to make sure all reporting requirements are met.
Liaise with internal resources as necessary regarding the day-to-day operations of assigned digital solutions.
Keep all company proprietary information internal and confidential.
Work in a respectful and professional manner.
Additional duties as assigned.
