We are seeking a skilled Business System Administrator with expertise in full-stack development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimizing our business systems while also possessing the capability to design, develop, and implement full-stack solutions to enhance our organizational processes. The Business System Administrator manages in-house computer software systems and network connections to ensure high levels of availability and security for the supported business applications. This position also helps plan and implement policies and procedures to make sure that system setup and maintenance are in line with company goals, best practices in the industry, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the security of the server infrastructure by implementing industry best practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation about the current environment setup, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- Manage end-user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best practices.
- Administer and manage various business systems, including but not limited to CRM, ERP, and HRIS platforms.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize utilization of business systems.
- Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and correct hardware and software issues on company applications and workstations ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Escalate incidents as necessary.
- Develop and maintain integrations between different business systems to streamline data flow and improve efficiency.
- Staying up to date on emerging technologies, identifying industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for business improvement on the latest processes, and IT application advancements to automate/modernize systems.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies while conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and training purposes and communicate the results of your efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Configure and customize business applications to meet the specific needs of our organization while ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Managing competing resources and priorities.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform preferred.
- Strong understanding of database management and SQL programming.
- Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Process improvement experience. Lean Six Sigma is highly preferred.
- Effective working relationships with all functional units of the organization
- Working ability to effectively recognize and manage interpersonal communication needs.
- Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple locations when necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.

Experience/Education
- 5+ years in process improvement/business systems.
- Understanding cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Experience with application automation tools such as Zapier and CRM automation.
- Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and Python required.
- Experience with WordPress, Azure, and business automation.
- Experience with agile development methodologies preferred.
- Proficiency in administering and configuring business applications such as Keap fka Infusionsoft, Microsoft, and Wordpress
- Strong understanding of database management and SQL programming required.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment tools required.
- Experience with process improvement. Lean Six Sigma is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
- Proven experience as a Business System Administrator, preferably with full stack development experience required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
