Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum for nursing programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations
- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, discussions, and demonstrations to students
- Provide guidance and support to students in both classroom and clinical settings
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, exams, and practical demonstrations
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the learning experience and promote interdisciplinary education
- Stay updated on current trends and advancements in nursing practice and education
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to facilitate online learning and track student progress
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in nursing education or related field
- Strong knowledge of primary care, pediatrics, critical care, or other specialized areas of nursing
- Familiarity with adult education principles and teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Experience in nurse management or leadership roles is a plus
