COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are a ceramic studio where customers come in and select pieces from a wide selection of over 400 different ceramics. Staff provides paint instructions, refilling paints, providing tips to customers. Pieces are glazed and fired by staff and ready for pick up in 1 week. Once fired, pieces are all food safe and microwaveable. Paints and materials are all nontoxic.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN TEAM MEMBERS
-Energetic, motivated, friendly, courteous
-CMM Team Members DO NOT have to be artists! For those who may feel artistically challenged, don't worry! We'll teach you everything you need to know. From providing excellent customer service to learning how to glaze/fire ceramics for customers, you are able gain a wide range of skills.
-Must be 18 or over to apply.
-Shifts are on weekdays and weekends both, but all applicants should have some weekday availability and have full availability on weekends.
-We schedule each team member with the # of hours/shifts they request, and we accommodate students' school schedules as well.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Greeting customers
-Providing excellent customer service to customers as they paint (check on them, provide tips, etc)
-Performing financial transactions
-Answering phones
-Calling customers when necessary
-Glazing/firing pieces (will be trained)
WORK EXPERIENCE
-Preferred experience in customer service/retail but not required to apply

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
