SPAVIA DAY SPA is seeking a guest advisor to join our team at Lowry Town Center in Denver.
Our luxury spa provides a STRESS FREE & DRAMA FREE team environment with skin care professionals, massage therapists and guest advisors that thrive on delivering an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Our team depends on individuals that are reliable, passionate, and goal driven. Our guest advisors are diligent and self starters, must be ethical and demonstrate strong communication skills. We strive to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. Our guest advisors portray a polished and professional image at all times and are friendly, courteous and team players.

REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for that individual that takes their responsibilities as a challenge, able to make decisions and be a self starter. You must speak articulately, multi task, have patience, and a desire to help people achieve wellness. Combined education and previous customer service/scheduling and retail experience in health and wellness and/or cosmetic is required, preferably in a spa. Experience with MindBody scheduling program is a plus. Required availability to work full time, nights and weekends, we offer a flexible schedule.

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and provide information to callers or route calls to appropriate personnel
- Utilize computer skills to manage appointments and reservations using MINDBODY software
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office organization
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively
- Coordinate and manage calendars for appointments and events
- Utilize Microsoft Office skills for tasks such as proofreading, transcription, and project coordination
- Support guests with any inquiries or requests, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and uphold professional standards
