What You Will Do
Inputting and verifying data into our database system accurately and efficiently.
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the organization and maintenance of digital files.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data flow and consistency.
Follow company guidelines and protocols for data entry and management.
Maintaining and updating records and files as needed.
Generating reports from the database for analysis and review.
Ensuring data integrity and protection by following established procedures.
What You Need
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient computer skills, including data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Less than 1 year of professional experience in data entry or a related field.
Experience with basic data entry tasks is a plus but not mandatory
Our good faith estimate of the wage range for this role is $18-$20 an hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors. In addition to base pay, we offer a full benefits package.
