Job Summary:
Seeking a motivated Business Development Intern/Specialist for our Austin, TX office. This on-site role is pivotal to our strategy for sourcing new client relationships in the outsourcing services domain, including software engineering, security advising, UX design, IT technical support, project management, and SAP projects consultancy. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base. This internal role focuses on generating solid potential customer opportunities, conducting online interactions to clarify our value proposition, and understanding client needs and timelines without the requirement for direct customer meetings.
Duties
- Market Research: Perform targeted research to identify new business opportunities, aiming to generate at least 30 qualified leads per month.
- Lead Generation: Develop strategies to effectively generate new leads, focusing on industries where bilingual communication could be a significant asset.
- Online Engagement: Contact potential clients through email, social media, and other online platforms to introduce our services, aiming for a 40% engagement rate from initial contact.
- Value Proposition Clarification: Clearly articulate the company's value proposition to potential clients, ensuring they understand how our services can meet their needs.
- Needs Assessment: Gather detailed requirements, needs, and timelines from potential clients through online communications, aiming to qualify at least 10 opportunities per month for further development by sales leaders or account executives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies based on feedback from potential clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain precise records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Performance Targets: Meet or exceed specific performance targets related to lead generation, engagement rates, and opportunity qualification.
Qualifications
- Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Business Administration / HR preferred or any other majors
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and excellent communication in English MUST
- MUST have Friendly & Team-player attitude
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment
- Detail oriented, ability to multitask with strong prioritization, planning and organization skills
- Willing to relocate to Austin, TX
- Experience with CCC/ICC business framework is a plus
- Experience in sales or social media management is a plus
- Experience in CRM system is a plus
