Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding inquiries, orders, and complaints
- Process orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including tracking shipments and resolving any issues that may arise
- Utilize various software systems such as SyteLine, AS400, and Oracle Transportation Management to manage transportation logistics
- Collaborate with 3PL providers and fleet management teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Assist in resolving any transportation-related problems or delays
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and using phone systems
- Familiarity with transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management is a plus
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is beneficial
