```Duties```
- Open the office and prepare it for the day's operations
- Turn on lights, computers, and other necessary equipment
- Review and respond to emails and voicemails received overnight
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with assistance as needed
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Transcribe and type documents as required
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial transactions
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) for email communication and document management
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage office tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to provide excellent customer support and handle inquiries professionally
- Experience with file management systems and maintaining organized records
