**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Install Coordinator. The Install Coordinator ensures that all HVAC units, equipment, and other materials ordered for each job per the job summary and scheduled. HVAC Install Coordinators purchase warranties, registrations, inspections and customer satisfaction checks to help installations go smoothly. HVAC Install Coordinators are responsible to provide accurate reporting and reviewing when doing paperwork and debriefings.

Install Coordinator Responsibilities
- Putting together installation files
- Ordering Equipment
- Creating install invoices with install job folder
- Creating down payment invoices
- Ordering crane (if estimator need requests)
- Ordering other items as needed for installs
- Ordering blueprints from Fedex (rare & would need training)
- Tracking Trane inventory and backorders
- Scheduling estimate appointments
- Scheduling follow ups
- Closing out install file after installing is complete.
- Become proficient with Service Titan
- Processing install payments in service titan
- Registering warranties
- Submit APS/SRP rebates
- Submit Trane rebates
- Putting together install folders/ordering materials for the folders
- Keeping price book up to date
- Lead tracking/Bid Data
- Weekly Meeting Agenda
- Submitting FRI’s/EEA’s
- RMA’s reaching out to Trane for form and making sure equipment gets sent back
- Updating the inventory log
- Equipment Physical inventory counting
- Out bound calls/ happy calls as follow up to installs
