United Tile Customer Service Representative
United Tile is looking for a qualified candidate to join our Customer Service team in Seattle, WA. Job Duties:
- Effectively multitask and prioritize between high volume of phone calls, email traffic, walk-in traffic, and internal requests by meeting or exceeding departmental goals.
- Ensuring customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and effective manner.
- Finding creative and cost-efficient solutions while exceeding customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers and industry partners.
- Provide pricing, material availability, and create quotes and orders as accurately as possible.
- Support company initiatives and adaptable to rapid changes as needed.
- Provide best level of support when needed for all departments within the company.
- Actively promote new products and provide resources to customers to assist in their decision making.
Job Requirements:
- Wholesale distribution experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in customer service, retail or hospitality-based positions preferred.
- Associates Degree or equivalent progressive work history.
- Experience with Custom Software run by Microsoft Office Suite, and familiar with Web Apps, and enjoys a tech forward environment.
- Team player who works productively with wide range of people.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task effectively and staying organized.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
