Don Brown Chevrolet is looking for an Automotive Sales Advisor / Product Specialist to join the Don Brown family. This is an entry-level, no experience necessary position. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their needs to help them in their vehicle selection and buying process
- Present customers with the selections of vehicles available and educate them on their options
- Demonstrate vehicle features, advantages, and benefits by taking customers on test drives
- Maintain contact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and to encourage repeat and referral business
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
- Meet and exceed dealership goals and sales objectives
- Other administrative duties such as run credit applications, process transaction paperwork, return emails and voicemails
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- 21+ years old
- Previous automotive sales experience is a PLUS, but not required
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, internet sales, or telemarketing is preferred
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Strong attention to details and works well in a process-driven environment
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
