We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information regarding products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries and issues promptly. You will also maintain accurate records of interactions, process orders, and escalate complex cases as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer inbound and make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, or provide updates as needed.
2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
5. Accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the OMS system.
6. Work with a sales team for sales order fulfillment and book transportation schedules through the carriers for LTL and FTL.
7. Work with customers for the On Time Shipment process.
8. Support warehouse and branch operations for the inventory cycle count based on the finance department schedule.
Requirement:
1. 2 years associate degree in business management or higher.
2. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
3. Previous experience in customer service, order management, or other related fields
4. Ability to build rapport with clients
5. Ability to prioritize and multitask
6. Positive and professional demeanor
7. Excellent written and verbal communication
8. Familiar with order management systems, and web service apps. Microsoft products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Gmail.
9. Language: English (Bilingual in Spanish Chinese or Vietnamese is a plus).
