Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireless sales, customer service, and sales management. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets
- Oversee employee orientation, training, and development programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle employee scheduling and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for restocking
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, particularly in wireless sales
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
