As the Lead Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day execution of all areas of customer service and sales support, necessary to deliver high quality filtration products and timely shipments that exceed our customers’ expectations. This is an integral role that works closely with our customers, sales account specialists, sales team, and operations to provide a superior and positive experience for our customers. You will focus on streamlining processes, optimizing efficiency, and maximizing sales productivity.
Primary Responsibilities
Customer Facing Communication. You will need to interact with customers, other departments and partners. Your ability to communicate effectively will be important in many forms including face-to-face discussions, emails, chat, and phone calls.
Liaison between customer success and other departments
Serve as the escalation point for customer service issues
Monitor and coordinate non-conformances within our Quality Management System
Proactively maintain the CRM/ERP system and identify sales opportunities
Identify opportunities for improvement in the department and drive process improvements. This includes identifying bottlenecks in the sales process, optimizing technology usage, and other procedure improvement opportunities
You will escalate them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible as well as liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to issues.
Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image
Perform work in a manner consistent with all company policy
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Job Qualifications
Trade school/Associates/Bachelor’s degree, majored in Business administration, science, supply chain, international trade or equivalent of 2+ years experience
A background in sales, sales coordination, or customer service along with experience in CRM software, is typically preferred.
Experience managing a team a plus
Takes responsibility and demonstrates eagerness to learn new skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to make decisions and judgement calls while understanding the impact of those decisions
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annualized, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Sterlitech, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
