As a Customer Service Representative at Sunstone, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive unparalleled support and assistance. Your exceptional communication skills will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, making a lasting positive impression.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage and Assist Customers: Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, text, or chat, demonstrating a friendly and empathetic approach.
· Active Listening: Carefully listen to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
· Clear Communication: Communicate product/service information, solutions, and policies clearly and concisely, ensuring customers fully understand their options.
· Problem Resolution: Effectively address customer issues, resolve conflicts, and find creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products/services and industry trends to provide accurate information and guidance.
· Timely Responses: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up to ensure their concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference and analysis.
· Feedback Collection: Actively collect and report customer feedback to improve our products/services and overall customer experience.
