This position is best for someone who is kind to others and communicates effectively with parents, therapists, and clients. This position is best for someone who can work independently, is willing to be trained, is willing to give feedback, and enjoys following the BACB ethics code as well as the systems designed by the CASP to improve supervision. The individual in this role desires flexibility and a positive work-life balance. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst must be able to conduct effective supervision, create comprehensive behavior plans and provide support to children and parents on the road to independence.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
