Our client is seeking a motivated Site-Civil Engineer who wants to grow their career but right now, isn't getting that opportunity with their current employer. This role is perfect for someone with their PE and wants to engage in a Project Manager role. This awesome opportunity is in our client's Winter Park, FL office. The successful candidate will assist with our current project workload. Responsibilities:
- Duties include design for the preparation of site civil engineering drawings for subdivision, industrial, and commercial projects
- Design and analyze engineering systems related to land development and utilities
- Development and delivery of calculations for site grading, stormwater management system design, establishment of water and wastewater utilities and roadway requirements for translation into construction drawing plans
- Maintain client communications and build client relations
Qualifications: Civil Engineering Degree required (Bachelors)
- 5+ years of experience
- Florida PE licensure or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Likes to mentor younger engineers
- Proficiency with AutoCAD for design
- Civil 3D experience is an asset
- Land development design and planning
- Demonstrate leadership, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Task oriented with excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
