Position Overview:
The Remote Call Center Team Leader will oversee a team of 15 to 20 telephone interviewers per shift. The primary function of this role is to motivate your team and ensure that their productivity is maintained within the remote call center environment. Additional responsibilities will include analysis of nightly production of your team and offering feedback, preparation of hourly reports, tallying timesheets, and some typing. This is primarily a second shift position that requires availability during the same hours as the interviewing shift (generally 4:00 pm – 12:00 am) plus pre/post shift work. Weekday hours requirements will generally be from 3:30 pm until 11:00 pm, with work afterwards to be completed. Weekends will vary according to the interviewing schedule but usually range from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm on Saturday and 2:00 pm -11:00 pm on Sunday.
Primary Duties:
- Continuous oversight of productivity based on an assigned set of metrics for the given shift.
- Providing feedback to interviewers or management.
- Assisting with post-shift duties.
- Analysis of nightly production.
- Preparation of hourly reports.
- Tallying timesheets.
- Typing as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Familiarity with Promark’s customized applications (training will be provided).
- Training will be provided for VOXCO CATI software and other tasks related to this position.
- Mandatory participation in Interviewer training to understand methodologies and challenges.
- Availability to work weekend shifts and regularly scheduled night shifts.
- Strong leadership skills, rapid learning capability, a team player mentality, problem-solving skills and the ability to take direction well.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Confidence in addressing issues with employees with no fear of confrontation.
- All training will take place in The Woodlands, TX.
