We are currently accepting resumes for a Landscape Sales Professional. Please review the following details for our ideal candidate:

Exceptionally gifted at building relationships and be prepared to provide a portfolio showcasing awesome outdoor spaces that she/he has developed with homeowners.

Landscape construction experience, with a working knowledge of best industry practices for various hardscape elements such as patios, retaining walls, fire features, etc… is required.

Plant knowledge to support the right plant, right place principle for Georgia landscapes is also required.

Computer-aided design experience is a bonus, but not required.

Creativity, confidence, a growth mindset, and a vision for what is possible in residential landscapes are all required attributes of a Plants Creative Landscape Sales Professional.
What you’d be responsible for:

Meet with new clients to discuss landscape goals and determine if a landscape plan is required.

When plans are required, present Landscape Design Agreements to clients for approval. Provide site photos, videos, measurements, and special project details to our design partners for concept development.

Working within client budget parameters, develop cost estimates that accurately reflect project scopes.

Upon approval of cost estimates, coordinate any permitting requirements with various municipalities.

Support our production team, and attend site meetings with clients as needed, throughout all phases of the landscape project.
Experience and skills we’re looking for:

A minimum of five (5) years of residential landscape experience, including verifiable success in sales, is required.

A working knowledge of construction production hours, as well as material requirements for various outdoor elements, is required.

State certifications like GCLP or completion of national certificate programs to support job experience would be a bonus.

Experience with Aspire would be a strong bonus, but most important is an ability to learn new software programs and to operate efficiently within them.
Hours/Availability:

New client appointments are scheduled during our normal hours of operation: Monday- Friday, 8:00-4:30. Schedule flexibility will be required to accommodate site meetings for projects in progress. This position does provide a work-from-home benefit.
Wage, Incentives, Benefits:

Base pay range between $65,000-$75,000
