Position Summary
The Foodservice Training Manager will be responsible for the tactical execution, successful implementation of programs, and overall growth of foodservice, including multi-concept foodservice within convenience store venues. This role requires a dynamic individual who can partner effectively with various levels of management and employees to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional products and guest experiences. This position is a great stepping-stone for a District Manager, QSR Training Manager, or District Manager looking to advance their career.
Essential Functions:
- Program Implementation: Execute and oversee the implementation of foodservice programs to ensure they meet company standards and objectives.
- Growth and Development: Drive the growth of foodservice operations, including the introduction and management of multi-concept foodservice offerings.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with Regional Managers, District Managers, and unit-level leadership to ensure alignment and success in operational goals.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the delivery of consistently exceptional products and guest experiences through effective training and support.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
- Role Model: Act as a role model for consistent food safety, customer service, sanitation practices, and occupational safety.
- Additional Projects: Any other projects as assigned based on business needs.
Skills and Competencies:
- Coaching and Influencing: Experienced and comfortable coaching and influencing at multiple levels of organizations.
- Experience: Proven experience as a QSR Foodservice General Manager or District Manager.
- Leadership: A high-energy, purpose-driven, hands-on, and results-oriented leader.
- Team Player: Engaging and self-motivated team player with a strong ability to collaborate and drive team success.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of setting, pursuing, and achieving aggressive goals for organizational success.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Metrics and Financial Management: High level of understanding of restaurant metrics and benchmarks, qualified to manage the P&L.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiar understanding of M.S. Office programs.
- Flexibility: Works hours relevant to the current priorities and objectives of the department.
