In this maintenance supervisory role, you keep our Industrial manufacturing equipment operational, which is critical to our success. You are responsible for all maintenance of the CNC machines and equipment as well as our facilities that consist of several buildings. This includes both the general industrial maintenance and repairs of A/C, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Using our PM Coordinator software, you schedule any work to be completed as well as respond to maintenance requests and log them into the system.

QUALIFICATIONS OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
· 5+ years leadership experience over a team of at least 6 employees, using hands on management, is support and can hold self and team members accountable.
· Can assemble and disassemble industrial equipment such as machinery and gear boxes.
· Has implemented and can maintain a preventative maintenance program.
· Is familiar with CNC and manual mills and lathes.
· Experience with CMMS (computerized Maintenance Management System)
· Excellent safety record and can ensure facilities are OSHA compliant.
· Familiar with lock out tag out procedures.
· Knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
· Has own set of mechanic tools.
· Can prioritize workload and create job lineup for all projects within the department.
· Can train team to increase understanding of their roles and the equipment within all facilities.
