Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
- Present insurance options in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Must have:
- 2+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage
- Experience selling during AEP and SEP
- Ability to take back-to-back calls, call center background is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient at conducting phone calls, with a knack for building rapport and establishing trust remotely.
- Own equipment: PC or laptop and wired headset
- Wired Internet connection, no WI-FI.

- Hourly payrate: $20.00 USD with unlimited commissions per sale, with the opportunity to earn up to $2000 weekly or more, commissions included.
