Description
Performs a variety of professional duties required to develop, implement, and evaluate programs designed to meet the needs of a targeted adult population interested in obtaining work readiness skills in a particular career field; recruits and selects instructors; meets revenue targets consistently.
Qualifications

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the assignment.

Two (2) years of progressive experience in program management.

Requires specific certification and/or experience in the content area.

Knowledge of the theory, methods, procedures, and practices related to adult education.

Organizational skills.

Ability to use technology to support program management.

Ability to manage program-related finances.

Ability to develop and maintain successful cooperative relationships.

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
