Job Description: To provide administrative, accounting and human resources support at Cambria Hotel Phoenix Downtown.

Job Description Summary
- Prepare daily bank deposits, reconcile cash & check log to POS/PMS postings and investigate, document and follow up on all hotel cashier overages and shortages with deparmtent managers.
- Collect and count all cashiers’ envelopes daily and research any cash variances.
- Ensure cash and credit card settlements are controlled, recorded, reported and deposited into bank accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
- Input accounts payable with required approvals and vendor detail, including 1099 qualifications.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of al check requests and employee expense reports.
- Assist with month-end processes.
- Assist Controller / HR Manager in all areas of HR Management to include new hire paperwork, and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain HR orientation materials for new staff.
- Assist in payroll administration as backup.
- Support Accounting and HR with ongoing work and projects.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multi-task, meet pressing deadlines and anticipate needs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Excellent computer skills and superior knowledge of MS Excel Worksheets
- Excellent problem solving, inter-personal skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and adjust in changing environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
