Requirements:
- Must have sold houses (excluding personal properties)
- Active real estate license
- For one candidate: Enjoys communicating with buyers, sellers, and agents, including listing, buyer, and showing follow-up
- For the other candidate: Experience with Instagram and Reels and email marketing basics
Responsibilities:
- Sit open houses on weekends
- 40-50 hours / week average (sometimes more or less)
- Conduct property showings daily and weekly, communicate with seller and agents to relay feedback
- Interact with buyers, qualify leads, and work with Jeff Sibbach to identify and sell houses
- Organize and manage tasks effectively
Compensation:
- Base salary

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $23.14 - $27.87 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
