The Position
To prepare for the summer peak season, we are looking for our newest team members for to start on July 15 for a short-term, temporary position until October 31.

Key Responsibilities:
- Commit to our Customer Service and Quality Standards
- Assist passengers at check-in, arrivals, boarding, and all other customer touchpoints
- Verify and clear international documents at kiosks in the ticket counter area and activation stations
- Manage passenger flow at all customer touchpoints
- Maintain adherence to airport and government regulations (e.g. PANYNJ, DOT, FAA, TSA)
- Acquire and deploy new skills and knowledge by completing required trainings
- Ensure the customer experiences the Air France values of Excellence, Elegance, Pleasure & Respect at every step of their journey
- Maintain a high standard of safety and security according to the Air France & KLM safety policies
- Provide high quality customer service to passengers using the self-service kiosks for check-in and baggage processing at the ticket counters
Job Requirements:
- Must successfully pass initial training with a cumulative score of 80% or better and be able to fulfill all regular airport duties after training
- Provide a safe and secure flight handling for arrivals and departures
- Possess passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Be excited to represent a legacy brand with rich heritage and outstanding reputation
- Knowledge of Amadeus, Altea DC, WorldTracer etc. are preferred
- Shift work is required, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Word and Excel are preferred
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Pass an extensive post offer pre-employment background check and pre-employment drug test
- Ability to occasionally lift heavy bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Specifics:
- Regularly rotating shifts within hours of operation (generally 6-8hr shifts in the window period of 12pm to 1:30am)
- Comprehensive training for new hires on July 15-19 from 9am-5pm
- Parking paid by Air France or monthly AirTrain ticket reimbursed
- Night shift differential pay
