We are seeking a Data Quality and Efficiency Coordinator to join our team. This is the perfect role for a data whizz who's excited by improving and maintaining processes. We are a learning organisation and so graduate applicants with relevant study experience are encouraged to apply!
About the Role: As a member of the INTO North America team, the Data, Quality, and Efficiency Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining quality controls within a high-performing admissions team. This position is essential for providing top-tier admissions services to our US partners and business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data and Quality Controls: Support the USPA in setting and overseeing data and quality controls.
- Project Collaboration: Work on diverse projects and initiatives, providing essential support.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate admissions data in Salesforce products and resources.
- Communication: Engage directly with IT and Salesforce teams for seamless coordination.
- Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison for the USPA, facilitating effective information exchange.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in admissions processes and lead improvement efforts.
- Quality Oversight: Oversee the quality, accuracy, and performance of the global US admissions team’s operations.
- Customer Service: Ensure the USPA provides excellent customer service to all INTO customers and clients.
- Risk Management: Keep the Data Quality and Efficiency Manager informed of any quality risks.
- Compliance: Ensure the USPA complies with university partner admissions criteria and external requirements.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and collaborate with the Training Team to address them.
- Data Analysis: Generate and conduct basic analysis of admissions trends and application reports.
- Promotions Tracking: Support tasks related to the creation and updating of promotion tracker information.
- Admissions Updates: Assist with updating application records and supporting admissions changes due to PDT submissions.
- Assessment Team Support: Collaborate with the Assessment Team to identify trends, enhance efficiencies, and ensure quality assessments.

Compensation & Benefits
INTO offers a competitive compensation package of up to $22.50 per hour dependent on experience, a comprehensive array of benefits to ensure our employees are well and thrive which include 11 paid holidays, generous PTO, employer contributions toward health insurance and retirement savings and more.
Location: This position can be fully remote. You will have to be located within INTO's operational States which are as follows: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Virginia.
