A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOTEL GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR
As a Hotel Guest Service Supervisor, you play a crucial role in keeping operations running smoothly. You directly supervise our front desk staff, night audit staff, and our breakfast/social team members. When you arrive each morning, you check to make sure the food and beverage areas are set up and taken care of. You also check in with the front desk to ensure things are running smoothly there. Our general manager depends on you to help out wherever needed.
Working closely with the front desk team, you keep everyone informed about incoming groups and new accounts. You train and oversee to ensure proper cash handling and check-cashing. With attention to detail, you create the front desk schedule and make sure all shifts are covered. Using your exceptional organizational skills, you assist the general manager with city ledger billing and maintenance. You always make sure daily checklists are completed. Keeping things running smoothly and our guests feeling happy brings you great satisfaction, which is why you're perfect for this hospitality management position!

Supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Are you a team-oriented leader who can effectively prioritize and delegate multiple tasks? WORK SCHEDULE
