Overview
Support Operations Manager and Supervisor by assisting in the daily parking operations of the campus. Provide direct leadership to employees, empowering them to serve patients and visitors. Support our client's goals and ensure those goals are met.
Shift
Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities

Lead by example; leadership and guidance.

Provide direct leadership and oversight to Valet, Cashier, Ambassador, Maintenance and Shuttle team to ensure the highest levels of customer service.

Monitor daily attendance and performance of staff to ensure that they are giving the highest level of customer service while performing their duties efficiently and accurately.

Ensure compliance with all company standards.

Provide breaks for Valet, Cashier, Ambassadors Maintenance and Shuttle team.

Assist in monitoring of daily ticket inventory in dispenser.

Resolve parking-related grievances with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, or requests.

Monitor maintenance of the facility and associated premises to ensure cleanliness and properly working equipment.

Notify Maintenance Team of any matters that need attention; assist as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.

Valid driver's license.

High school diploma/GED.
-
Customer Service experience required.

Desire to serve others and lead by example.

Prioritize servant leadership and customer service.

Must be able to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing sight of timeframes and deadlines, while keeping attention to detail and accuracy.

Able to read, write, comprehend, and converse in the English language.

Physical demands
-
Able to stand, walk, and jog for extended periods of time (including moving up and down stairs on a regular basis). Being on your feet and moving accounts for approximately 90% of time during shift, depending on parking volume, day of the week, time of day and location.

Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.
