Work cross functionally with internal and external partners
Set project timelines and ensure customers and technicians adhere to schedules.
Provide routine and milestone check in appointments with customers to ensure a smooth appointment.
Plan and schedule onsite, remote, and post live service requests with available technicians.
Administrative and data entry responsibilities
Communicate changes, updates, cancellations, and cannot complete to internal and external partners in a timely manner via slack, email, sms, and/or phone calls.
Responsible for ensuring technicians info is up to date in google sheets as well as internal and external scheduling systems.
Coordinate and communicate via slack, email, sms, and or phone calls with technicians and internal and external partners.
Provide warm handoffs to internal or external partners upon going live.
Troubleshooting with onsite technicians
