CNS is a Managed Service Provider that has been in the market for the last 20 years with over 60 staff globally. As a Microsoft Gold Partner and ISO 27001 certified there is already a good toolset, process, and agreements in place but there is always room for improvement. While Managed Services is still the largest part of the company, over the past 24 months CNS has been working on developing its IP in the form of SaaS products in the Microsoft Marketplace.

The Role
This role involves collaborating with medical vendors to install and create both cloud-based and on-site environments for applications used within medical facilities. The ideal candidate will work on long-term projects, sometimes spanning several months, as well as handle reactionary tickets arising from issues within those environments. While these systems will primarily be Windows-based systems hosted within Microsoft Azure.
Qualifications & experience
- 2-3 years experience as a Windows Engineer
- 1-3 years experience architecting Azure cloud environments.
- 2-3 years experience troubleshooting Networking Issues
- 1-3 years Experience with Azure cloud hosted windows Environments
- Experience with Citrix-based applications.
- Experience working in an MSP with multiple clients
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong Time Management
- Good understanding of Linux, Microsoft Azure,& Cisco Meraki Products
- Strong, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure projects on Windows Azure based platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Azure services and VPN connections.
- Manage projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and communicating progress effectively.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide technical support.
