Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to build lasting relationships
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups or promotions
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in English; Spanish or other languages is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual)
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills
· Receive and respond to phone calls, letters, text message, social media comments, chat conversations and emails from customers related to the use and performance of Tramontina products.
· Assist customer in selecting appropriate product to meet customer requirements.
· Enter return orders and assign Return Authorization Numbers to customers for defective product return or product return for credit.
· Inspect any return items from customers and/or consumers for defects in material and workmanship or customer and/or consumer misuse.
· Capture all customer interactions in Zendesk.
· Work with all other departments and product teams, and liaise with them about our customer needs.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. BA degree preferred in business or relatd field.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on quality service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking abilities
English and Spanish is a MUST!
Experince in SAP desiered.
