Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Relations Manager to oversee our customer service department and ensure customer satisfaction. This person must be an expert using Hubspot system as their main work platform. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Duties:
- Analyze customer service current system and develop new strategies and implementations to achieve goals.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to improve service quality
- Manage customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely manner
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience
- Negotiate with customers to resolve conflicts and retain loyalty
- Implement and maintain customer service policies and procedures
- Able to communicate with Spanisch speaking clients
- Coordinate projects related to enhancing customer relations
Skills:
- Proven experience in Hubspot.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer feedback and data
- Sales acumen to support revenue growth through excellent service
