Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to patients and support medical providers in delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Assist in medical procedures such as gastric lavage, spinal tap, and sterile processing
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective patient care
- Perform discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Strong knowledge of physiology, vital signs monitoring, and patient care techniques
- Experience or willingness to learn about specialties such as CT, ophthalmology, and coding
- Ability to perform medical procedures like gastric lavage and spinal tap
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
