Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Real Estate Services Assistant to its team. This role has the ability to work REMOTE – 9am-1pm (4 hour days – 20 hrs/wk) - or ONSITE – 9am-3pm (6 hour days – 30hrs/wk) for a client in Norwalk, CT so EST zone is preferred (if REMOTE). This is a 3+ month contract role covering for a leave and pays $25 per hour.
The key to this role is past experience with Yardi in a real estate administrative related environment. The incumbent will:
- Review/process payroll for onsite employees and approve invoices based on matching budgeted expenses and historical monthly billing
- Manage tenant work orders/bills tenants monthly
- Process invoices for vendors, manage monthly utility meter readings/billings
- Create manual billings for tenants.
- Create contracts/POs for vendors and/or adds new vendors into system.
- Monitor/update/file certificates of insurance for all vendors and tenants.
- Update tenant contact list, add critical dates, add new tenants to the system.
- Manage onsite events for conference room usage.
- Answer inquiries from tenants and deliver great customer service
Qualifications
- 1+ years of real estate administrative experience
- Experience with Yardi Software (or similar platform to Yardi)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience with Pulse, P2P, Angus, MRI, Canva
