About the role:
To streamline and to ensure consistency in the expectations of all Kefficient Scheduling and Billing Associates. Kefficient is seeking a motivated and creative Scheduling and Billing Associate to support our sales team in various projects. We will provide you with valuable exposure to the industry, allowing you to develop skills and knowledge that will be beneficial for your future career. As a Scheduling and Billing Associate, you will work closely with experienced professionals and have the chance to contribute to real-world solutions for our customers to include additional initiatives as we grow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Scheduling service jobs and air duct cleaning jobs.
- Assists Operations Manager in scheduling services and small jobs.
- Send invoices to customers.
- Input contracts with HC Pro.
- Communicate with customers to sell service contracts.
- Track sales by inspectors for each bi-monthly pay period.
- Request Customer reviews upon job completion.
- Create sales checklist for review.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in Kefficient Business Model and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with marketing software/tools is a plus.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
