Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct or escort him or her to the appropriate location.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; page needed departments, take messages and schedule appointments.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and deliver or distribute items.
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Perform basic filing and recordkeeping.
- Mail invoices to customers.
- Order office supplies and keep supply rooms clean and organized.
- Assist Accounting team with statements and other duties, as assigned.
- Assist Branch Manager with POD Delivery tickets.
- Maintain PTO Calendar for President.
- Maintain the daily sign out sheet for PTO and lunch hour for the office.
- Maintain coffee station for customers, sales staff, and guests.
- Place food orders as requested for office events.
- Update social media platforms as needed for holidays, events, office closed, etc.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
