Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Full-time Cook/Chef for our office staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing daily meals 5 days a week, cleaning afterward, making a weekly menu and shopping. Someone with the ability to make various types of dishes is most welcome!
Responsibilities
- Meal Preparation : Prepare and cook daily meals for office staff, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Menu Preparation: Plan weekly menus and manage grocery shopping and inventory.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Hospitality and Support: Support office events and meetings by setting up spaces and providing refreshments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must have reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
- Ability to cook for a group (20 people) with knowledge of various dietary requirements.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment as needed.
Working Conditions
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility required. Primarily an on-site role, with a focus on maintaining a positive office environment, will need to make store runs for groceries and supplies.
