Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and support while promoting company products or services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or leads
- Provide accurate information about products or services
- Perform data entry to update customer records
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Familiarity with outbound calling and upselling techniques
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
