We are looking to hire a High End Retail Security Officer. The person in this position will maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by patrolling the store; monitoring CCTV cameras and other security systems; deterring theft; responding to client requests; facilitating incident response efforts; documenting significant incidents; and helping to create a welcoming store experience.
Shifts include: Day and Swing
Hourly starting wage: $22/hour

Job Summary:
Prosegur is in search of hard-working, motivated, and dedicated individuals to add to our growing team! Retail Security Officers are responsible for remotely monitoring multiple retail locations to enhance the safety and security of the store and reduce theft and fraud loss. Due to expanding business, Prosegur is looking to hire licensed Security Officers focused on retail assets protection.
All positions require the ability to work retail store business hours. Regular attendance is expected, and actual hours and schedules are flexible and will be based on availability and business needs.
Responsibilities:

Alertly monitor CCTV cameras focused on protecting employees, assets and brand Remotely support the prevention and apprehension of external and internal theft in accordance with company policy

Remain calm and clearly communicate with onsite assets protection security, law enforcement, and store leadership Professionally document and escalate all incidents in accordance with procedures

Leverage technology tools and resources to make timely, intelligence-led, data-driven business decisions
Qualifications:

Must possess high integrity, trust, accountability, and work ethic

Previous retail loss prevention, security operations center, CCTV monitoring, security, customer service, or criminal justice experience preferred

Knowledge of how to use CCTV security systems and radio communications

Ability to work well independently and as a team

Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft office software

Effective oral and written communication skills

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
