We are hiring for a badass Executive Assistant/Customer Service Rep.
The hours can be long at 9 hours a day, 5 days a week, Monday-Friday, the job will be stressful at times, but the right person will love it!

You'll wear many different hats:
1) Front Office
Answering Phones, Greeting Customers
Looking up Parts
Quoting Jobs over the Phone & In Person
Scheduling Jobs for Mobile & On Site
Setting up our Technicians to Win
Keeping Office Clean & Organized
You are the face of this company and we strive to deliver consistently amazing customer service as a #1 Priority
2) Back Office
Tracking Data, Jobs, Taking Payments
Working with our Thryv Software to perfect our systems & efficiency
Watching our Marketing to see what is and is not working
Sending out consistent requests for 5 Star Reviews
Potentially setting us back up on Quick Books and getting everything in order over there
3) Problem Solver
Always be looking for ways to improve our operations, efficiency, and customer service
On ocassion work with difficult customers to come to fair conclusions that everyone is happy with
Keep our staff and client base in good spirits with a general positive & upbeat energy

This is a full time position with our Automotive Glass Company.
This Company is still in it's infancy as far as it's potential and has room for growth!
As time goes on we intend on separating this position in two positions, one for front office, and one for back office.
In addition I own a Residential Real Estate Company (Dan.Ko Properties LLC) that buys under performing Multifamily Real Estate, rehabs, stabilizes, and manages these assets.
We are looking to really fill my roll at the Glass Company so I can focus on growing Dan.Ko Properties LLC which will have more positions opening up as we grow as well
After a full year of employment you will receive 6-7 paid holidays for New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, & Christmas.
In addition after the first year you will receive 3 paid sick days per year.
We do not currently offer and Health Insurance or 401k but we are happy to assist with signing up for Government Health Credits.
We may add benefits packages in the future as we grow our Companies & Portfolio but for now are still small enough these are not something we can offer.
