KidsPeace has an opening for a Staff Development Coordinator at our beautiful Grahm Lake campus, in Ellsworth. The Staff Development Coordinator will work with Leadership in the mentoring and development of new and veteran staff, coordinating program wide and team specific trainings, and quality assurance for HR and Training processes.
Other responsibilities include providing training, training coordination, and tracking of all materials for licensing compliance as well as providing supervision for Training Specialists.
JOB DUTIES:
- Development, implementation and compliance tracking of Training Plans
- Ensure all staff training needs are met
- Quality Assurance
- Supervision of Training Specialists
- Entry of all training data into the electronic tracking system
- Monitor employee certifications
- Implement program and team-specific training needs
- Track and support staff in pathway training opportunities
- Provide training to staff as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5 years of relevant experience required
- Demonstrated training skills/experience
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of Human Resources policies and procedures
- Ability to work with complex systems in and organized and proactive manner
- Ability to work effectively with peers as well as other departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
