Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans.
- Utilize effective behavioral therapy techniques to help patients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to staff members on behavioral strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress through ongoing data collection and analysis.
- Stay updated on best practices in special education and behavioral therapy.
Experience:
- BCBA certification required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Proficiency in patient care, assessment techniques, and data collection.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.
- Familiarity with data management systems is advantageous.
