Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our studio. The Studio Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the studio, including sales, training, budgeting, recruiting, and payroll. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent management and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the studio, including sales, inventory, and staff
- Oversee the cash register and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Create and manage budgets to ensure financial stability
- Recruit, train, and supervise studio staff
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is required
- Strong knowledge of retail math and budgeting principles
- Proven track record in sales management and achieving sales targets
- Experience with recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Proficient in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures
